A Fascinating example of Australian Maritime History

AH1733 "KRAWARREE" is the last surviving example of five 24 metre wooden Army Hospital Launches built in 1943/4 for the evacuation of
casualties from the remote battle zones of the Pacific Campaign. This unique vessel is now open for inspection by the public at
Sanctuary Cove, Gold Coast, Queensland. Vistors of all ages are invited to experience the atmosphere of life on board small army ships in
WWII, as well as viewing a fascinating and moving collection of memorabilia from the period.
